Fusion NBS Hosted V.o.I.C.E. Earns 2012 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award

NBS (News - Alert) V.o.I.C.E. (Voice over Internet Communications Exchange) platform from Fusion, a provider of cloud communications solutions, provides hosted voice, data and SIP trunking services to support functionalities such as call forwarding and automatic call distribution (ACD).


Fusion's NBS Hosted V.o.I.C.E. service has been named the recipient of TMC’s (News - Alert) 2012 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award. This is the 4th year in a row the company is receiving this recognition from TMC, a global, integrated media company reaching more than 3.5 million readers worldwide each month.

The proprietary V.o.I.C.E. platform is designed to deliver true unified communications that integrates voice, video and messaging. Customer and administrative portals are available to control everything from ACD software to advanced call forwarding options. NBS combines powerful network and platform capabilities, along with flexible implementation options, according to company officials. Thanks to the SIP Trunking portal, V.o.I.C.E. customers can ensure real-time management and administration of corporate SIP trunk lines, so customers can take control over how and where their SIP trunks are accessed and routed. This offers unprecedented efficiency and flexibility.

Further, NBS V.o.I.C.E. mobility solutions connect workers from the desktop to any Smartphone or tablet, turning mobile devices into office extensions.
