Indosoft's Record Growth Leads to More Multi-tenant Call Center Software Support

With Q-Suite 5.7 in place, providers can deploy a full-featured Asterisk-based platform to adapt to the expanding requirements of contact center operations. Advanced call center ACD, queue management, dialer, real-time supervisor wallboards, historical reporting and integration with workforce management software are available for setting up a redundant platform.
